The truth is , returns can be a bit of a nuisance. You’ve ordered something, and now you’ve got to send it back. Darn. But don’t panic, we are working hard to ensure this process is as seamless as possible.

Simple & Straight Forward Return Policy

  • Your item is defective or you were shipped the wrong size? No problem. Let us know within 15 days of delivery.
  • On most products we currently do not offer exchanges or refunds unless the product is defective or you received the wrong size!
  • If a non warranty exchange is approved: The purchaser will be responsible for return cost.
  • Items that have been exchanged are not eligible for refund.  Approval will not be obtained unless original and replacement item are returned.
  • Item(s) must be unworn & unwashed for hygiene reasons. - no exceptions.
  • A refund of the merchandise and taxes will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • A copy of your original receipt may be required. For more information on returns.
  • Shipping and handling for the delivery and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.

Orders placed separately can be returned as one, but might slow down the refund process!

Depending on the service used to return your item(s), it can take up to 10 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns team.

Once we receive your package, our team will verify its contents, inspected to ensure it is unworn and in original condition. We will then send the credit back to your financial institution within 7-10 business days.


For all domestic U.S. returns we provide a flat rate UPS shipping label for your return. The flat rate of $6 will be deducted from your final refunded amount


 Once a order has been shipped out by our warehouse there is no way to retrieve it from the delivery carriers. So, if you haven't submitted a request for cancellation prior to your order being shipped out, we can not cancel or process a refund. Once you receive your order you can use the easy the return center link to request a RMA number for a authorized return via the return policy.
